Raise Your Vibe ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Email address. Provided voluntarily when you join our waitlist or create an account.
• Anonymous device identifier. A randomly generated UUID used for analytics. This identifier cannot be linked to your personal identity.
• Subscription status. Managed through RevenueCat to verify your subscription tier. We store whether you have an active subscription, not your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To send you updates about the app (only if you signed up for the waitlist).
• To track anonymous usage patterns and improve the app experience.
• To manage your subscription status and unlock premium features.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security enabled. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt region). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat processes subscription transactions through Apple. See their privacy policy.
• Supabase for data storage and authentication. See their privacy policy.
• Apple for payment processing and App Store distribution. See their privacy policy.

5. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or other device data.

6. Your Rights

You may request to view, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data may be retained in aggregate form.

8. Children's Privacy

Raise Your Vibe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
