Welcome to Raise Your Vibe. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The Service

Raise Your Vibe is a daily wisdom and personal growth app available on iOS. The app provides daily lessons, guided reflections, and tools for consciousness exploration. Some features require a paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Raise Your Vibe. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using your email address or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Raise Your Vibe offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly. Billed weekly with a 3-day free trial.
• Monthly. Billed monthly.
• Yearly. Billed annually with a 7-day free trial.

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.

Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. All billing inquiries, refund requests, and payment disputes are handled by Apple. Please refer to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Prices may change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Free Trial

If your subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable rate. Free trials are available once per Apple ID.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in Raise Your Vibe, including lessons, text, graphics, and audio, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The teachings and wisdom traditions presented in the app are paraphrased and original interpretations. They do not represent the views of any specific teacher, organization, or estate.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.

8. Disclaimers

Raise Your Vibe provides educational and inspirational content. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raise Your Vibe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to access premium content ends immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
